The music curriculum at Glenhill School
provides children with the opportunity to sing
and play musically with increasing confidence.
Our music sessions enable children to play and
perform on their own and in groups using their
voices and a range of musical instruments.
The music express scheme is used along with
whole class instrument tuition which engages
children in listening, improvisation and
composition activities as well as giving
children the opportunity to appreciate and
understand a wide range of music.
The School music instruments are wide and varied, including tuned and untuned percussion, drum kit, bass, electric
and acoustic guitars, upright pianos, portable grand electric piano and more recently a stack of electric key-boards.
More information is available from the School office.
